1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FinTrack Suite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service & Local-First Architecture

FinTrack Suite is a financial strategy and management application designed to assist businesses in decision-making processes.

Important Notice on Data Storage: This Service operates on a "Local-First" architecture. All financial data, strategies, and customer records are stored locally within your browser's indexedDB or on your local device. We do not host, store, or have access to your private financial data on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities (Data Safety)

  • Data Backups: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend using the built-in "Export Data" or "Google Drive Backup" features regularly.
  • Device Security: Since data is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser access.
  • Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data caused by clearing browser cache, device failure, or malware.

4. Professional Standards & No Advisory Relationship

A. Developed by Industry Professionals

FinTrack Suite is designed and developed under the guidance of a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICASL), who is also a CIMA (UK) finalist, and a legal professional (LL.B). The algorithms, strategic frameworks (e.g., DuPont Analysis, Whale Curve), and logic flows are built upon established International Standards and professional management accounting methodologies.

B. Tool for Decision Support (Not Advice)

While this software reflects high-level professional expertise, it is an automated tool. It cannot account for the specific nuances of your unique business environment, local tax laws, or market conditions.

⚠️
No Fiduciary RelationshipUse of this software does not create an accountant-client or attorney-client relationship between you and the developers. You should view insights generated by FinTrack Suite as "Strategic Indicators" rather than absolute directives. We recommend verifying critical financial decisions with your own appointed financial auditor or consultant.

5. Google Drive Integration

If you opt-in to use the Google Drive Backup feature, you grant the application permission to read/write to a specific folder in your Google Drive. This interaction is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We accept no liability for any issues arising from the availability or functionality of Google's services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FinTrack Suite, its owners, or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
