1. Merchant of Record

All payments for FinTrack Suite subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your billing statement will show a charge from Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and billing disputes on our behalf.

2. Refunds

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all FinTrack Suite purchases, all refunds are governed exclusively by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please review Paddle's Buyer Terms to understand your rights as a buyer.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing & Plan page in your account settings or by contacting us at support@fin-track.app.

Access after cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.
